引渡し日が決定！！
間仕切り立会いのあと、今後の日程が組まれた。
作業はかなり順調で、内装工事は、お盆の夏休みを考慮しても8月中には完成するとのこと。外構工事も、8月半ばぐらいから始め、９月頭には終わるらしい。
「住まいの参観日」が９月11日、12日にあるので、そのあとの引渡しということで、次の週の大安である17日金曜日に決定した。仮住まいが9月いっぱいにしてあるので、これでゆっくりと荷物を運べる。
引渡しの前に、12日に一通り家の使い方とメンテナンス方法をお話しするとのことで、朝9時半から行なうことにした。17日の引渡しも9時半。早起きは苦手なのだが・・・・というが、普段の生活より早起きとは之、如何に^^;;;
ちなみに、引渡しのときは、お払いも行なう予定だ。
引越しは18日から行なうでしょう。ピアノも18日にしようかな。
そうそう、「住まいの参観日」は、見学会のこと。これをやると、5万円分の商品券がもらえるので、即答でやることに(笑)。もらえるものはもらいます。
