Baby kiss me! one more time～”と変えて唄っており、日本語訳詞を本人がやってます。１０代の女の子のラブソングですね。アレンジ的にはロングバケーションのバージョンに近いです。アルバム『お茶』及び先行シングル『イノウエチップスＭｉｌｄ』（イノウエチップスMildというポテトチップスの袋を模したパッケージのシングルＣＤとおまけの入ったもの。他にBitterとSweet有り）に収録されております。
<Ez> A girl artist called "Inoue" debuted from Victor covers with the title "Oh! Baby Kiss Me ~ from Video Killed The Radio Star". She sang "Oh! Babt kiss me! one more time~" instead of "Video killed the radio star" in the original. Japanese lyrics were done by herself. It's a love song by a teenage girl. Its arrangement is close to the one by Les Long Vacation. It's contained in the album "O-Cha" and the advanced single "Inoue Chips Mild" (a single CD packed with a potato chip package "Inoue Chips Mild". Also available in Bitter and Sweet.).

According to the liner note, they liked the song covered by the Presidents of the United States of America in their live CD. (They did not know about the original.) Lyrics are Japanese.

＜maru氏＞ヤスハラ=ヒョウエイとシンボリ=サオリの二人組。まだ音をきいていないのですが、パイオニアLDCのHPではいまだにジャケットはNOW PRINTINGだし、たまたまみつけたフリーペーパーでは「シー・イズ・ア・ポストマン」というカップリング曲の方がメイン扱いになっています。ホントに出てるのかな？気になる。

digibeat から3/17にリリースされた「EURO3」内でカヴァーしています。アレンジャーの「WORM WORLD」は、現在「I've」の名で活動中の高瀬一矢というアーティストのユーロビートでの活動名で、この曲のヴォーカルは、高瀬氏本人と「I've」で何度かヴォーカルを担当している MELL の二人です。収録 CD のタイトル通り、ユーロビート調のアレンジ。1:53 と短いです。
It's covered in the album "EURO3" released on digibeat on 3/17. "WORM WORLD", an arranger, is the Eurobeat version of name for Kazuya Takase who is active as "I've". The vocal are by Mr. Takase and MELL who did vocal part as "I've" several times. As the title says, it's arranged in an Eurobeat fashion. It's short with 1:53.

美大出身の金剛地武司氏率いる京都のインディー・バンド。９６年に『モダン・リヴィング』でメジャー・デビューを果たす。このバンドは神戸レコードくらぶに居た時偶然、店の人が自分のカセットをかけていて発見。ミニアルバム『tea party』に収録。７インチ・シングルのＢ面にもなった。なお、関係ないけど小坂明子の「あなた」のスペーシー＆オルタナなカヴァー曲もあります。
This is an Kyoto-based indie band led by Mr. Takeshi Kongoji who studied in the art school. They made a major debut with "Modern Living" in '96. I incidentally discovered it by listening his own tape played by the shop person when I was at Kobe Record Club. The song is contained in the mini album "tea party". It also became a B-side of 7" single. While it's not related, they did a Spacy & Alternative cover of "Anata" by Akiko Kosaka.

＜サトル特派員＞このカヴァーは、ドイツのZYX MUSIC (RECORDS) から出ている「DO IT AGAIN」ZYX 70070-2 という２枚組のオムニバスCDに収録されています。曲の表記は、「ART NOUVEAU feat. 北欧エレクトロポップのページでも紹介している一押しユニット、NASAが80年代に「Elstree」をカヴァーしていました。hymnさんにHot Stuffというスウェーデンのメールオーダー・サイトにある事を教えてもらい、ゲット。原曲も素晴らしいですが、こちらのカヴァーもちょっとテンポが遅くなった美しい出来上がり。
NASA, the unit highly recommended which I listed in Scandinavian Electro Pop page covered "Elstree" in 80's. Mr. hymn told me that Hot Stuff, a Swedish mail order site, has it, and I got it. While the original is superb, this cover is a beautiful finish with a bit slower tempo.

This is a cover by probably German unit which I got from Correspondent Bitter. While the front cover says HIGH NRG, it is a label name according to Correspondent Bitter and it's rather Techno/House..

＜Bitter特派員＞“林檎”ではなく、外国人男性シンガーの名前です。このタイトルはスペイン語？それともフランス語？とにかく歌詞も英語ではありません。バックの音はかなりオリジナルに近くて、声もちょっと似ています。1980年ということは一番早くBUGGLESをカヴァーした曲かもしれません。
<Correspondent Bitter> It's not "Ringo Sheena", but a name of foreign male singer. The title looks like Spanish or French? The lyrics are not English anyway. The background sound is fairly close to the original, and the voice is a bit similar. As it was released in 1980, it may be the earliest cover of the Buggles.

Bitterさんがヤフオクで発掘し、その貴重なカセット音源をTTC忘年会で披露してくれた。この人たち、かなり変で、他にもYMOやクラフトワークねたをやりまくっています。カヴァーのようでかヴぁーでない、OMYのようにムズムズするパロディー曲をやっています。タイトルも歌詞もなかなか、パロディーとしては上質です。元ベータ派であった僕としても、複雑に共感してしまいます。
Mr. Bitter exposed this rare cassette recording in TTC Year-End Party after he discovered in Yahoo! Auction. They are quite weird and create other tracks based on YMO and Kraftwerk. They are like covers but not covers, and actually they parody like OMY which gives very strange feeling to listeners. The titles and lyrics are suplendid as parody. I was sympasized as an ex-Beta user.

Menuのメンバーである星渉とちわきまゆみが、ARBにも在籍した白浜久とこの曲をやるために組んだユニットです。ユニット名からして、『ラジオスターの悲劇』＋New Musik（又は『Pop Musik』）のよう。詳しくは、星渉氏自身がMenuのページで解説しています。
This is the unit to do this song formed by Wataru Hoshi and Mayumi Chwaki of Menu with Hisashi Shirahama who was in ARB one time. The unit name is like "Video Killed The Radio Star" + New Musik (or "Pop Musik"). Mr. Wataru Hoshi give further description in Menu page.
