    ＜荒特派員＞初期（東芝EMI時代）のメンバーだったあらきなおみは、ハイポジ脱退後6曲入りソロ・アルバム『東京トラッド』π(パイ)というレーベルからを出してます。これはリットー・ミュージックが設立したインディーズ・レーベル。発表時の宣伝コピーは「ネオ東京発-不条理のテクノ・フォーク」。ティポグラフィカの今堀恒雄や菊地成孔らが参加、早川義夫の「サルビアの花」をレゲエ調にカヴァーしています。

    <Correspondent Ara> Naomi Akira who was a member in the early days (Toshiba EMI period) released the solo abum "Tokyo Trad" containing 6 tracks on pie label after leaving Hi-Posi. This is an indie label established by Ritto Music. The copy at the point of release was "Absurd Techno Folk from Neo Tokyo". Tsuneo Imahori and Kikuchi of Tipographica supported it, and she covered "Salvia No Hana" by Yoshio Hayakawa with Raggae arrangement.

元々は京浜兄弟社系で、現在はもりやばやしみほと近藤研二からなるデュオです。もりばやしは官能的なウィスパー・ヴォイスを武器に彼女本能的な歌詞を歌う。ターバンがトレード・マークの近藤はメトロトロンの栗コーダーカルテットでも活動。「テクノdeポップdeニューウェイヴィー」をコピーに９９年リリースの『4n5』は９０年代最高の出来とも言えるテクノポップ・アルバムです（もう一つはLaB LIFeの「Planet Headphone」）。YMOの「Multiplies」やThe No Commentsの「あの娘はウェスタン・ガール」を彷佛とさせるテクノ・スカ「実験ガール」は下ねた続発のおバカでグルーヴィーな映画「オースティン・パワーズ・デラックス」の日本用のPR曲でもあります。あくまでも、オリジナリティーを失う事なく、他にディーヴォ的、M（Pop Muzik）テクノポップ的な要素もあって楽しめます。プロデューサーとして、鄭東和、田中知之（F.P.M.の曲は「オースティン・・」のサウンドトラックでもありますね）、小宮山雄飛もサポート。
＜オクダケンゴ特派員＞初期にはあらきなおみ、松前公高がいました。そして松前脱退の際に山口優が加入しました。

They are originally from K-Hin Bros. Co., Ltd, and currently a duo consisting of Miho Moribayashi and Kenji Kondo. Moribayashi sings her instinctive lyrics armed with her ecstatic whisper voice. Kondo with the trademark of Turban also plays in Kuri Corder Quartet. The album "4n5" with the copy "Techno & Pop & New-wavy" released in '99 is the best class Techno Pop album in the 90's (the other is LaB LIFe's "Planet Headphone"). "Jikken (=Experiment) Girl", a Techno Ska tune rejuvenating YMO's "Multiplies" and The No Comments' "Ano Ko Wa Western Girl" is used for a PR song in Japan for the movie "Austin Powers - A Spy Who Shagged Me" which is zany and groovy with a lot of dirty jokes. You can enjoy other Techno Pop essences like Devo and M (Pop Muzik) without losing their originality. As producers, Towa Tei, Tomoyuki Tanaka (F.P.M. tune is also a soundtrack for "Austin..."), and Yuhi Komiyama supported.
<Correspondent Kengo Okuda> In the early days, there were Naomi Akira and Kimitaka Matsumae. When Matsumae left, Suguru Yamaguchi joined.
