このページではテクノポップ及ニュー・ウェイヴ系のアーティストのオムニバス・アルバムを紹介します。８０年代ものオムニバスは多いですが、ここではお気に入りのテーマがしっかりした（例えばレーベルによるオムニバス）を厳選しました。アイドル系のオムニバスはIDOL OMNIBUS参照。まだまだあると思うので、ご存じの方は情報（アルバム・タイトル、曲名、アーティスト、感想、等）をお待ちしております。

This page presents the omnibus albums of Techno Pop and New Wave artists. While there are many omnibus albums on 80's, I selected my favorite ones with a consistent theme (for example, the omnibus by record label). Please refer to IDOL OMNIBUS on Idol-related omnibus albums. As there are much more, I am waiting for your information (album title, songs, artists, impressions) if you know.

日本人のスタッフも加わっていますが、英国人David Caridge氏が中心となって企画された日本のテクノポップ・オムニバス。ジャケは懐かしのWALKMAN初期モデル（第2代目くらい）。

＜元LIZARDのモモヨ氏＞私は、これシングル盤しか持ってません。このアルバムですが、1980年に日本旅行中だった、英国人の俳優が日本の音源を持ち帰り、日本の印象記出版と同時に音源をリリースしたものです。彼は、その後、ＢＢＣの子供番組ですっかり国民的英雄になったとか、ならないとか……。私は彼と何度か町を歩きました。彼はテレコをいつも持っていた。この時期は、荒川区や浅草に、クラッシュのロンドンコーリングの写真家ペニー・スミスが訪ねてきたり、ＮＹのボブ・グルーエン（写真家）が訪ねてきたり、かなり刺激的だったのを覚えてます。シンリジーのメンバーが来日したときは、六本木の町で「リザードを呼べ」と泥酔のあげく、暴れまわったのも、この頃です。英国のバンドにとってリザードはすごく親しい存在だったのですね。全てはストラングラーズのおかげですけど。フォノグラムとの契約書も、荒川区の私の実家に直接、送られてきました。その後のペイメント管理は、トリオレコードに一任していたので、よくわからないのですが、とりあえず『モビルスーツ』はシングルをリリース。それから……、というときにトリオレコードが倒産。何とも得体の知れない幕切れになりました。が、この時の人脈が、どこも買い手がつかなかったぜルダのファーストを日本フォノグラムからリリースする呼び水になってくれたのは、確かです。

This is the Japanese Techno Pop omnibus album planned by Englishman, Mr. David Caridge while some Japanse stuff supported. The cover art is the early model of WALKMAN (appears to be the 2nd model).

<Mr. Momoyo of ex-Lizard> I only have the single for this. This album was released together with his book on Japan's impression as a British actor who was travelling in Japan in 1980 brought back Japanese recording materials. While not sure, it was heard that he became a national hero on the BBC program for children. I walked with him in the towns several times. He always had a tape recorder. At that time, Benny Smith, a photographer of Clash's London Calling came to Arakawa Ward and Asakusa. Bob Gruen (?) in NY also visited Japan. That was very stimulating memory to me. When the members of Thin Lizzy came to Japan, they were drunk and ran amuck shouting "Call Lizard" in Roppongi. Lizard was very familiar to British bands thanks to Stranglers. The contract with Phonogram was sent directly to my home in Arakawa Ward. As the payment was managed by Trio Records, I was not sure, but "The Moible Suit" was released first. Trio was bankrupt when the next thing are going to happen. It was the end of the unexpected. But I am sure that the relationship built at that time triggered the release of Zelda's first album on Japan Phonogram that was not accepted by anyone else.

板倉文（チャクラ⇒Killing Time）、小西康陽（Pizzicato V/Young Odeon）、重藤功（Date Of Birth）、バナナ（EP-4）、和久井光司（Screen）からなる5人のアーティストのソロ課外活動のオムニバス。

This is the omnibus album of solo works by 5 artists consisting of Bun Itakura (Chakra -> Killing Time), Yasuharu Konishi (Pizzicato V/Young Odeon), Isao Shigeto (Date Of Birth), Banana (EP-4), Koji Wakui (Screen).

Down To The Resort「避暑地まで」

Water Melon Group、Inoyama Land、日向敏文、Interior、Test Patternを収録したアンビエント・コレクション。細野晴臣氏の提唱する「中間音楽」的なもの。日向敏文氏の楽曲は１ｓｔアルバム「サラの犯罪」より。

This is the Ambient collection including Water Melon Group, Inoyama Land, Toshifumi Hinata, Interior, Test Pattern. They are close to what Mr. Haruomi Hosono define as "Medium Music". Mr. Toshifumii Hinata's track is from his 1st album "Sarah's Crime".

les enfants / les enfants II

Elton Johnの「Your Song」、The Beatlesの「Good Night」＆「When I'm Sixty Four」、Rolling Stonesの「悲しみのアンジー」、Roxy Musicの「Re-make/Re-model」、John Lennonの「Love」、Michel Polnareffの「シェリーに口づけ」等の洋楽スタンダードのカヴァー集。第１集ではヤン富田、小西康陽、小玉和文等、第２集では、平沢進、沖山優司、鈴木さえ子、矢口博康等によるカヴァーが収録されている。2000年に再発されたと思います。

This is the cover song collection of western standards such as Elton John's "Your Song", The Beatles' "Good Night" & "When I'm Sixty Four", Rolling Stones' "Angie", Roxy Music's "Re-make/Re-model", John Lennon's "Love", Michel Polnareff's "Tout, Tout Pour Ma Cherie". Volume 1 includes the cover tracks by Yann Tomita, Yasuharu Konishi, Kazufumi Kodama, etc., and volume 2 includes the ones by Susumu Hirasawa, Yuji Okiyama, Saeko Suzuki, Hiroyasu Yaguchi. I think this was reissued in 2000.

Urban Standard

シティポップス系アーティストを中心に集めたオムニバス。参加アーティストは吉川洋一郎、佐藤隆、本田俊之（ラジオクラブ）、門あさ美、風見律子、ZABADAK。小川美潮嬢が西尾美汐名義でラジオクラブにヴォーカルで参加。

This is the omnibus album collecting mainly City Pops artists. The artists appearing are Youichiro Yoshikawa, Takashi Sato, Toshiyuki Honda (Radio Club), Asami Kado, Ritsuko Kazami, Zabadak. Ms. Mishio Ogawa attended as a vocalist for Radio Club under the name of Mishio Nishio.

偶然発見したＳＷＩＴＣＨレーベルからリリースされたオムニバスです。カルト系が多いのですが、なんといっても元フィルムスの赤城忠治氏率いるクレヴァー・ラビットと元アーバン・ダンスの成田忍と元ジューシィ・フルーツの沖山優司を中心としたN.O.T.の貴重な音源が聴けます。特にクレヴァー・ラビットの『This Is The Hit Song』はキャッチーな曲です。

Accidentally, I discovered this omnibus released from SWITCH Label. There are many cultic bands, and you can listen to valuable tracks by Clever Rabbit led by Chuji Akagi formerly in Films and N.O.T. centered around Shinobu Narita formerly in Urban Dance and Yuji Okiyama formerly in Juicy Fruits. "This Is The Hit Song" by Clever Rabbit is a catchy tune, especially.

＜オクダケンゴ特派員＞「ポスト・ネオ・アコースティック・サウンドのコンピレイション」とのキャッチフレーズでVictorから発売されました。

MOMENTS GTFは東京ポップの雄、モーメンツの発展系。GTFはGoes Too Farの略。メンバーは和久井光司、宮崎裕二、貝原正、中田淳、泉水敏郎の５人。
MAGICAL MEDICINEは元ヴォイスのギタリストで、サイズのライヴユニット"LIVE PSY・S"にも参加していた大木雄司と、斉藤美和子が中心となって91年結成したポストネオサイケグループ。メンバーは他に、栗山よしゆき、伴慶充、細海魚、石川たけし、細川ツグヲ。
AISLE(アイル)は88年スケープ・ゴートという名で結成されたニューウェイヴバンド。メンバーは、関佳代子、阿部淳一、内藤勝之、小島哲也。
タイムスリップは84年、佐野史郎、石川真希、嶋田久作という３人の俳優、マンガ家の夢野ワンダ等により結成。のち、ベースが嶋田から周藤アキタカに交代。独特な演劇的な音楽世界を展開する集団。９１年にアルバム「たんす」をVIVIDからリリース。
GARDENERS(ガーディナーズ)は84年結成され、ナゴムよりのリリースもあるミシンを母体とする木田久里須のソロプロジェクト。

Mements GTF is the extention of Moments, a key band of Tokyo Pop. GTF stands for Goes Too Far. Members are 5 pieces consisting of Koji Wakui, Yuji Miyazaki, Tadashi Kaibara, Jun Nakata, Toshiro Sensui.
Magical Medicine is Post Neo Psyche group formed by Yuji Ohki, ex. Voice guitarist, who joined Live Psy's, a live unit of Psy's, and Miwako Saito. The other members are Yoshiyuki Kuriyama, Yoshimitsu Ban, Sakana Hosomi, Takeshi Ishikawa, Tsuguwo Hosokawa.
Aisle is a New Wave band originally formed as Scape Goat in '88. The members are Kayoko Seki, Jun-ichi Abe, Katsuyuki Naitou, Tetsuya Kojima.
Time Slip was formed by 3 actors, Shiro Sano, Maki Ishikawa, Kyusaku Shimada, and catoonist Wanda Yumeno in '84. Later, a bassist was changed from Shimada to Akitaka Shudou. A group which creates unique threatrical music world. The album "Tansu" was released o Vivid in' '91.
Gardeners was Chris Kida's solo project based on Mishin which was formed in '84 and released on Nagom.

Victorから『日本のロック名盤コレクション』としてリリースされたオムニバス。NEW WAVE系は１／３程度ですが、プラスチックスの「PATE」はアルバム未収録のシングル「GOOD」のB面のテクノポップ of テクノポップ、ムーンライダース仕事のクリスのロリータ・テクノ歌謡「クリスの日曜日」、後藤次利率いる幻のGOTO'S TEAMのスカ・ナンバー「BEYOND THE END MARK」等、貴重なレアトラックを含んでいるのでポイントが高い。

An omnibus album released as "Japanese Rock Masterpiece Collection" on Victor. While New Wave related ones are about 1/3, it has a high point as it contains valuable rare tracks such as Plastics "PATE" which is Techno Pop of Techno Pop as B-side of the single "GOOD" and has not been contained in their albums, Chris "Chris No Nichiyobi" which is a Lolita Techno Kayo supported by Moonriders, "BEYOND THE END MARK" which is a ska number by illusive GOTO'S TEAM by Tsugutoshi Goto.

夏をテーマにしたコンピというのは、このサイトではそれほどなく、「避暑地まで」くらいです。永井博（あっていたかな？）の大瀧詠一のようなジャケです。なるほどの面子に、何故かribbonが参加しているのがウレシイ。

There are not too many compilation with the theme of summer in this site, and another one is "Down To The Resort". The sleeve design is like Eiichi Ohtaki's records illustrated by Hiroshi Nagai. I was glad to find ribbon with the members who can make sense to be together.

This is a 90's Techno Pop omnibus album by b-KITCHEN RECORDS which Bulbous Kitchen seems to own. It's produced by Nice Sato of ex Nice Music.

結構、退屈なタイトルですが、選曲はなかなかイケています。東芝EMIが複数のレーベルの協力で作り上げた80年代日本のロック（ニューウェイヴ中心）の集大成。ここでしか聴けないCD音源もあるし、貴重！フィルムスなんて入れてくれるんだから。欲しい人は、東芝EMIファミリー・クラブで通販してください。

While the title is quite boring, the selection is cool. Toshiba EMI created the great collection of 80's Japanese Rock (mainly New Wave) with the help from multiple labels. It has good value as there are CD tracks which you can listen to only here. Even Films is included. If you want, you can mailorder at Toshiba EMI Family Club.
